Office dress codes have never felt more flexible, and while that means casual clothing has become far more commonplace, it also means expressing your personal style is much more encouraged.

The offices over here at Harry’s HQ are always full of style inspiration, but ahead of this spring, a few eye-catching new styles are attracting serious attention.

Here, our knowledgeable (and highly trustworthy) Harry Rosen staff spills the beans on which new-in spring styles will win you Best-Dressed at the office this season.

Ben K. — Managing Editor, Content & Social Media

Four-Bar Hector Cotton-Blend Cardigan, Thom Browne

“Call me old fashioned, but I still love wearing tailoring to the office. That said, there are days when I feel more like putting on a cozy cardigan than a sport jacket. When knitwear seems like the way to go, I turn to Thom Browne for basics with a bit of an edge to them. One aspect I love about this cardigan is the hemline, which has been cut slightly short, making your legs appear longer and, in turn, you appear slightly taller.”

Alex B. — Buyer

Silk-Cotton Crew Neck Sweater, HAROLD

“I’m really looking forward to wearing this HAROLD knit as a neutral underpinning during the summer months. It's a really versatile off-white colour so it’ll go with almost anything, and because it's made from a silk-cotton blend, it's also really lightweight and soft. I’ll definitely be wearing mine under a jacket or a light outerwear piece around the office this season.”

Logan R. — Senior Copywriter

Silk-Cotton Crew Neck Sweater, HAROLD

“I don’t always work from the office, so when I do, I like to dress up a bit — without looking stuffy, of course. I think these pleated chinos by Eleventy toe the line between formal and fun masterfully. Made from a stretchy silk-cotton blend, they’re more comfortable than traditional pleated trousers. What I might like most, though, is their very unique light green colour, which is a tasteful nod to classic spring pastels.”

Grain Leather Byron Sneakers, Henderson for Harry Rosen

“I think these smart Grained Leather sneakers are a perfect cross-over shoe that works with almost any outfit — thanks, in no small part, to their neutral colour. Not only is the classic all-white colourway versatile, but the grained leather finish also kicks a more casual outfit up a notch. Or, pair them with some tailored trousers for an office look that’ll feel comfy all day long.”
