Shipping Update: Canada Post Strike

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are now shipping all orders via FedEx to ensure timely delivery.

Please note, orders shipping to PO Boxes and remote regions within Canada may be serviced by 3rd parties, and therefore we cannot guarantee shipping timelines.

Free Expedited Shipping on All Orders $250+. Members get Free Shipping on All Orders $100+

$10 Standard Shipping

  • Ships in 2-5 business days, most of Canada. Ships via FedEx Economy.

$15 Expedited Shipping

  • Ships 1-3 business days, most of Canada. Ships via FedEx Economy®.

$25 Next Day Shipping

  • Ships 1-2 business days, most of Canada. Order must be placed by 12pm EST. Ships via FedEx Standard Next Day™.

FREE Pickup at Store

  • Most Locations 0-1 days. Wherever possible items will be filled from the selected pickup location; however, some items may need to be shipped in from alternate distribution centres. In which case, an order could take up to 5 business days to be complete and ready for pickup. We will email you as your items become available. Shop by home store for faster availability.

Shipping Details:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placing an order.
  • Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation as your items have shipped.
  • The date you receive your order will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout plus any processing time required.
  • Shipments can be tracked as soon as they have been picked up by the shipping carrier
  • Delivery is only available within Canada.
  • We are unable to ship furniture items to remote regions.



IN-STORE PICKUP

For placing and collecting orders in store, please follow the below process.

To place an order:
1. Add products to your cart.
2. Select "Pick up order in store" in your shopping cart.
3. Choose your preferred store.

To collect your order:
1. Please wait until you receive an ‘items form your order are ready’ email notifying you that items are ready to be picked up, before proceeding to the store.
2. Once you have received this email, we encourage you to use the ‘book appointment’ button to let us know which day you are coming to the store.
3. Please bring the ‘items from your order are ready’ email, on your device or printed out, along with a piece of government-issued ID.
4. When you arrive in-store, please proceed to the service desk, unless otherwise marked in the store, and an associate will be happy to assist you. ​

Please pickup your order within 14 days of it being ready.

DELIVERY OF ELECTRONIC GIFT CARDS

Electronic Gift Cards are delivered directly to your recipient's email inbox and are typically delivered within minutes.

You will be notified as soon as your recipient views their gift.





RETURN POLICY

If your purchase from a Harry Rosen store or harryrosen.com isn’t quite right or you’ve simply changed your mind, you may return it for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (for in-store) or delivery (for online).
