Our Return and Exchange PolicyReturns Update: Canada Post Strike
In light of the ongoing Canada Post strike, please note that we will continue to accept returns through Canada Post for all shipments sent to our warehouse. However, please be aware that returns delayed in transit may take longer to process. Returned items will be processed within 10 business days once they arrive at our facility.
For faster returns, we invite you to visit us in-store or contact customer care. We remain committed to providing you with seamless service and exceptional care, despite these temporary disruptions.
Return Policy Extended
All purchases made from November 1st, 2024, through December 14th, 2024, will be eligible for returns until January 13th, 2025. Purchases made after December 15th, 2024 will adhere to our standard return policy. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt.
RETURNS MADE SIMPLE.
TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:
1. Click here and enter your order ID to see your order history.
2. Select the items to return and generate a return label that can be printed at home.
3. Repackage your items and drop them off at any location for the designated courier on the return label.
4. Please retain your receipt from Canada Post as proof of return until your refund has been processed.
HARRY ROSEN RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Harry Rosen has been in the business of satisfying clients for over 65 years. Our over-arching philosophy is one of mutual respect. We stand behind the quality of our products but recognize that from time to time, sensible solutions may be found outside the parameters of the following policies. Ultimately, we want to make our customers happy and treat them fairly and only ask that integrity be reciprocated. You may return items purchased from a Harry Rosen store or harryrosen.com for a refund within 30 days from the date of an in-store purchase, delivery date, or the date ordered items are available for in-store pick-up.
Please note that it may take up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after its arrival at our distribution centre. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation indicating the refund has been issued.
ONLINE RETURN SERVICE FEE
We offer a convenient return service to make the process easier for our customers. Please note that a return service fee of $10 CAD will be deducted from your refund when using our return service. This fee is in place to help confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security.
Complimentary Online Returns for CLUB HARRY Members on Regular Priced Items:
- As a valued CLUB HARRY member, you can enjoy the convenience of complimentary returns for regular priced items purchased online.
- To take advantage of this benefit, please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact and that you are signed in with your valid CLUB HARRY account at the time of purchase.
$10 Online Return Service Fee on Sale Items:
- For all customers returning sale items purchased online, a service fee of $10 CAD will be deducted from your refund.
- This return service fee is designed to confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress, providing you with added security and peace of mind.
- Ensure that the sale items you wish to return are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines:
- You may return items purchased from a Harry Rosen store or harryrosen.com for a refund within 30 days from the date of an in-store purchase, delivery date, or the date ordered items are available for in-store pick-up.
- All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, including purchases made with gift cards.
- Shipping fees paid by the customer will not be refunded.
In-Store and Online Returns:
- Purchases made at harryrosen.com or at a Harry Rosen retail store can be returned at any Harry Rosen retail store location in Canada (excluding our Outlet locations).
- Purchases made in-store may only be returned in-store.
- Purchases made at Harry’s Outlet locations (Tsawwassen Mills, McArthur Glen, Cross Iron Mills, Vaughan Mills, and Heartland Town Centre) cannot be returned at a Harry Rosen retail store or online.
- Please have your original receipt and item on hand to help us expedite your visit.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned new, unworn, and in the condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet our standards.
- Custom-made and made-to-measure purchases or items that have been altered cannot be returned.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for intimate apparel, fragrances, grooming products, gift cards, or furniture, lighting, art, and marble items.
- Items that can be returned must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This includes all lifestyle products such as books, room fragrances, vases, watches, and watch winders, as opened packaging diminishes the future sell-on value of these items.
- Items marked "Final Sale" (online or on your receipt) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- If we identify unusual or unreasonable return patterns, we may restrict or refuse future transactions.
- Please retain your receipt from Canada Post as proof of return until your refund has been processed.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
As we always strive to provide the best service possible, Harry Rosen offers customers a price adjustment policy under the following conditions:
Price adjustments for items bought in-store can be made with proof of purchase at a Harry Rosen store. For online purchases, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@harryrosen.com and include your order number and a description of the item. The difference from a price adjustment will be refunded to the original method of payment.
REPEATED RETURNS
We are proud to offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by the same account and if we notice that our return policy is being abused, we do reserve the right to close your Harry Rosen account and/or cancel future orders.
RETURNS BY MAIL
If you are unable to visit one of our locations to return an online order, we invite you to return or exchange it by mail, which can be initiated by clicking here. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed if an alternative service from the one provided is used.
HARRY ROSEN OUTLET
At the Harry Rosen Outlet, you’ll find previous season’s products at incredible prices—all with our uncompromising service. All items at the Harry Rosen Outlet are final sale and not eligible for return. We will gladly exchange items within 15 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt. Merchandise must be new, unworn and in the condition, which it was received. Items that have been altered cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet these standards. Purchases from the Harry Rosen Outlet stores can only be exchanged in person at our Outlet locations (Tsawwassen Mills, McArthurGlen, Cross Iron Mills, Vaughan Mills and Heartland Town Centre). Purchases from regular Harry Rosen locations may not be returned to the Harry Rosen Outlet.
