Staff Picks: Workwear New Arrivals Spring/Summer ‘25
Harry Rosen staff members select their favourite work-ready new arrivals for the season ahead.
The beauty of investing in office-appropriate clothing for the warmer months is that styles (somewhat) skew more casual, which means you can flex them into your everyday and “going out” wardrobe. Half-day Fridays and post-work patio drinks, anyone?
As we look ahead to the months to come, we’ve asked a few of our own Harry Rosen staff to share which new arrivals they’ll be wearing to work this season.
Marled Cotton Jersey Shirt, Eleventy
“Here’s a little secret; I’m not a lover of wearing dress shirts all the time. Here’s another secret; although it looks like one, this super-soft cotton jersey number doesn’t feel like a dress shirt at all. In fact, it’s almost closer to knitwear, which means it’s extremely comfortable, breathable, and doesn’t wrinkle as easily — ideal for the office this season.” — Logan Ross, Senior Copywriter
Linen Twill D-Constructed Shirt Jacket, Emanuel Berg
“Emanuel Berg makes some of the best shirts out there, including overshirts and shirt-jackets, which use the same design principles and attention to detail as the European brand’s iconic button-ups. If you’re looking for a sports jacket or tailoring alternative, this 100% linen piece should be on your radar.” — Larine Torikian, Digital Marketing Coordinator
Yardee Moccasin Penny Loafers, Vinny’s
“I fell in love with these lizard-embossed loafers from new brand Vinny’s at first sight. They’re handmade in Portugal using premium materials and British-inspired design details (just look at that nice rounded toe) with just the right amount of flair. While they’re great for the office but will also see a lot of action outside of work as well.” — Sara Trudel, Fashion & Product Marketing Coordinator
Aden Organic Cotton-Blend Chinos, NN.07
“A pair of classic cotton chinos like these from NN.07 are a must-have for any office-going employee, especially in a solid colour like navy or khaki. They’re not as dressy as tailored trousers but are definitely a step up in formality compared to jeans or 5-pocket pants, which means they’re perfect for smart-casual dress codes.” — Rizwana Saleh,, Trade & Product Marketing Coordinator
Extrafine Merino Wool-Silk Button Polo, Patrick Assaraf
“Once the summer months arrive, I really don’t want to wear long sleeves, especially if I’m layering something underneath a sports jacket or suit at work. My favourite workaround? A refined short-sleeve knit like this one from Patrick Assaraf. It’s 75% extra fine Merino wool, which has a soft, cool handfeel to it, and 25% silk, which shimmers and glistens under the summer sun like nothing else.” — Paul Michel, Director of Performance Marketing
