Order Pickup - Curbside
Picking up your Order
1) Please wait until you receive a ‘your order is ready’ email notifying you that all items are ready to be picked up before proceeding to the store.
2) Once you have received this email, we encourage you to use the ‘book appointment’ button to let us know which day you are coming to the store.
3) Please bring ‘your order is ready’ email, printed out or on your device, along with a piece of government-issued ID.
In-Store Pickup –– Please proceed to the service desk, unless otherwise marked, and an associate will assist you.
Curbside Pickup ––When you get to the designated pickup location please call the store telephone number and let them know your name and order number, as well as the location and make and colour of your car. An associate will bring your order out, verify your information and deliver the merchandise. The designated pickup locations can be found on each store page.
Please pickup your order within 14 days of it being ready.
